Biggest wtf ever for me. Whoever the director/s were for this film seriously need to reconsider their careers because if this is the kind of film they're going to continue producing, their work is useless. In fact, this film was useless - a huge waste of time and money, I really feel sorry for all the employees that were pushed into producing this disgusting film because their time was a waste seeing that the film is far from success. I've been a huge Monster High fan and even as a 19 year old right now I still remain a fan, and so for me to 'the' Monster High film dissapointment is a huge understatement. Why was the film focused on Clawdeen as a new girl when clearly Frankie is known to be the new girl. Why are all the characters literally acting out of character, for instance, in beginning of the film Dracula was mean- shes not mean , shes a sweetie pie but thats not how she was portrayed in the film. The plot was unexciting- the COSTUMES WERE TACKY- an unholy sight for a design student like myself. Clearly the director did no research on the original Monster High and cared more about getting to say "I made a film" than making the film good. How on earth did anyone allow these directors to make the second movie?? I cannot believe people sometimes. I would give the film 0 stars if I could.

I was so excited for this movie that I’d be checking up with google on the date the movie would come out. It was awful! I turned the movie off within the first 10 minutes because I didn’t like how insensitive and detailed the gruesome imagery was. That aspect of the movie really wasn’t for me, but I understand it’s fine with other people which is why it’s not the only reason why the movie was bad. The characters like the squirrel thing was super unattractive, so I was relieved that the creature died , but why did Pete have to die ?? I think the director should’ve thought about the fact that will smith was a huge part in motivating people to watch the first movie because he’s likeable and famous just like Pete, but he died right from the start! I almost feel like I was tricked into being so excited to watch this. However, the reason why I only recently played it on Netflix is because the trailer was also super underwhelming , and right off the bat the characters did not looked they harmonised just like the first movie. Periodt 💅🏽
