My views for Indian Idol 12 please. It seems that the show Indian Idol 12 has been fabricated only and only to promote Pawandeep Rajan. Pawandeep may be a good singer but is not versatile. He is singing only light romantic songs. There are far more versatilve singers than him on this show like Daanish, Swai Bhat, Ashish Kulkarni, Syali and more. Other contestants must be feeling hurt because all three judges’ attention is focused only on Pawandeep. He has a stony look. No lively expressions while singing. His lips hardly look like singing. Swai Bhat was given totally out of his comfort zone, unpopular song on Jeetendra’s episode and unfortuantely he forgot the lyrics. But Pawandeep has never been given to sing any classical number. Daanish is not being given due praise for his wonderful performances. For me Daanish and Swai Bhat are number one singers on this show. Even Shanmukhpriya deserves much more attention than Pawandeep. Most funny part is the drama of Arunita – Pawandeep.
