Racheal Shute

The acting is good. That’s it. The story lines are almost impossible to follow. I am a fan of true horror. I enjoy horror and disturbing themes. This was just a difficult watch and I even found myself more bored with each story. The title is not fitting for how deeply unsettling this is. Now, I love Emma Stone. I am a huge fan and I’ve watched everything she has been in since Easy A. Her acting is unparalleled. I loved Poor Things. That actually had a story line that was digestible. This on the other hand, was not. If this appeared as horror with better plots, I would have loved it. I am not shy when it comes to nudity or even extreme dark themes that are thought provoking. This was just bad. I don’t know how it’s so highly rated on rotten tomatoes. 2 hours and 44 minutes I will not get back.
