Ron Mclean's supporting cast sucks. Get people who are interesting to listen to or watch. When periods end, I turn the channel. Just because you were once a star, doesn't make you interesting to listen to and don't take me the wrong way on this but if you are the best person for the job "great" but if your hired for the job because of you gender or past history and are not the best person for the job, that's a problem.
