I love all the hosts. The stories are well shot, edited, and written. The music segment is often a revelation. The food segments are fun and informative. BUT… the core show, has devolved into a third rate imitation of Inside Edition with what feels like 1/5th of the show now devoted to teasing the rest. It’s clearly a way to save money. Normally teases are used to keep people watching which makes sense for a weekday morning news show as people rush about. But in an age of DVR’s it’s just junk filler. It insults the audience and wastes their time. A look ahead every half hour with time notes would work but teasing stories four and five times is just bad producing. Don Hewitt would fire whoever made this happen.
