This dude is a fake and the more I followed his plan the worse I felt. Went and got a simple allergy test and low and behold the cause of my issues was a food allergy to one of the foods(bananas) that the “Spirit” supposedly told him everyone needs to eat. Stopped following his BS stopped eating the foods I had allergies too and everything went away
