It doesn't idealise the British life either, shows how hard it is to work and live in the uk even for the British. Keeps important topics light and has an old style comedy feel and visual! Very funny! Shame itv shows it at such an unfriendly time.

An amazing show that manages to merge really difficult and important events and topics we are facing in today's society with a light-hearted story line. It's easy and fun to watch and you learn so much about the world and issues people face in it.

This show portrays a completely untruthful and incorrect view of the lives of asylum seekers. It pretends to inform when instead it completely misrepresents the current situation of asylum seekers in the uk and in Germany and the rules, restrictions and waiting times they are experiencing. It shocks me what a high rating its getting. When we should be trying to share the true situation they are facing to raise awareness, this show is enforcing illegal activities, lies and a Britain that does not equal to the reality they face here.
