Free Ramos

Series lacks a reality check. Yes financial institutions are a mess. But the main character is absurd. Not even the most astute business star goes from zero to owning a building through loans with no experience of any kind to show for. The journalist who covers the story is unconvincing. It’s hard to have sympathy for a selfish psychopath. The undercurrent of every episode is to cast a doubt if Anna is a selfish psycho or the world operates under intense sexism. Because the writing is atrocious it ends up undermining this point and forgiving the existing sexism…. Hollywood needs to stop pandering and start doing good writing. One cannot justify destroying the lives of innocent people under the guise of fighting sexism.
