I would give this show a 0 if I could. Judge Gino Brogdon should not be a Judge. He just ruled that a delinquent teen, who knowingly trespassed on Railroad property, was injured because of his own actions was awarded $400,000. Absolutely ridiculous! This judge is another person who promotes these ridiculous law suits. The mother and son do not take any responsibility for his actions which caused a huge amount of damage to the train cars. There were signs stating "Only Authorized Personel Allowed" and fencing around the property. Since when does this mean that kids can disregard the warnings and common sense to make a video to post. In addition, the teen showed in evidence that this was not the first time he or his friends had trespassed. How can any reasonable person award money to someone who knowingly breaks the law! In addition, the teen/parents should be required to pay restitution for the damage that was caused. MAKE PEOPLE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS. DON'T PAY THEM FOR BAD BEHAVIOR!!!
