Watched the trailer and was all excited for it to come out. Because I thought it was going to be cute. I loved the cheaper by the dozen movies that were made in 2003 but when I watched this one, something felt very off. Like Gabrielle Union is a great actress don’t get me wrong here, but she wanted to portray something that really didn’t go with the story line. I’ll admit I loved the family restaurant and introducing mixed couples, but reality was it wasn’t the movie I thought it was going to be. Seriously, after a couple minutes in they talk about drunk driving, beer, cîroc, lingerie, Kardashian Butts, etc. This is not a kid friendly movie. When I saw the ratings I was like okay “PG okay like Moana or Frozen or something like that.” Few minutes later “PG-13! PG13!”
