How can anyone like her be a judge? It’s as if she truly believes she is the ultimate authority and no one knows anything that she doesn’t already know. She often speculates and makes the wrong assumptions about cases, even when the plaintiff and defendant both tell her she has misunderstood she typically doubles down and tells them they’re wrong and that she knows better than they do.. how could she possibly know better than the people who were actually involved.. as a judge a person should be open minded and have the ability to separate the truth from emotions which is something she clearly struggles with. Her ego is overwhelming as it’s obvious she’s more concerned with being “right” than she is making a fair judgement. As a judge, her antics and behavior should never be allowed on the stand. No judge should act as childish and ignorant as she does, she’s clearly not up to date on current events around the world and struggles to accept that the world is not the same as it was in the 90s. (unfortunately, I mean who doesn’t miss the 90s?!?) I feel sorry for the people that have to work with her because her actions also blowback on them and it must be embarrassing to know that they’re associated with someone who is that narcissistic and ego driven.
I understand it’s a show, that it’s staged for entertainment purposes and ratings but she’s portraying a judge and as a judge you should be held to a higher standard and chase perfection in your daily life. It seems as though all she cares about is her money and how many people are watching her show. Judy Sheindlin is an absolute disgrace and embarrassment to real judges everywhere. I truly feel sorry for Sarah Rose and Whitney Kumar, I can only assume they’re miserable as they’re having to deal with her while filming. I couldn’t imagine having to work for such a horrible person. She is constantly defaming people just bc they disagree with her even when she is wrong or had misunderstood what they had said 90% of the time. It’s just sad to know that judges everywhere get a bad reputation bc people assume they’re all like this. They’re not, some judges actually use common sense and leave their emotions out of it. If you can’t hear a case from both sides without getting your feelings hurt and acting like a spoiled brat, then you probably shouldn’t be a judge.
