This is useful to remind younger generations of true occurrences. 40 years ago, I taught high school kids who did not know who we fought and who we didn't in WWII, plus had no idea why.
I was BORN during WWII and my father repeatedly impressed on me not to be prejudiced against Jews. I thought that too silly, because who on earth could be prejudiced against people like our neighbors?
