I was excited when I saw another version of one my all time favorite horror books was being made and was hopeful, but was left unimpressed. A fan of original 1970s ministries, which I still think is the best and scared the crap out of me when I was a kid, I think if you’ve never read the book or watched any of the prior versions of it, you may find this movie somewhat entertaining.
