Here is my problem: in the first paragraph of the introduction on page 7 Ryan says "..., I was sceptical...After all, why would I want to cook on a salt block if I already have a frying pan." By page 25, before the recipes start, he has not answered the question. This does not motivate me to try a recipe, but once I do I will update my review.
