I was appalled by your segment on going to the moon tonight, basically an advertisement for Elon Musk and privatization of the space program. Your reporter and main commentator were sarcastic and smug about maintaining the space program as a public activity employing tens of thousands of people, with the only substantive comment in favor of Musk being how much "cheaper" privatization allegedly is (since so many of these public workers will be laid off). In addition, apart from the commentators' excitement about 'going to the moon', no substantial reason is given for the entire moon-landing program in any case. Taken together, these two facts makes the segment basically about putting down "socialism".
