Very drawn out. Some very shoddy acting. The best actors are the two policemen and the professor of the elite school. The rest were very cringe.
It could have been wrapped up in four episodes.

What an amazing, heart warming film. There's laughter and tears. I wouldn't have thought it possible to better Toy Story 3, but they have. The new characters are wonderful.... A truly amazing film.
