I like the book. The recipes are varied and usually very simple. However I am not a chef or great cook. I tended to use ingredients in my own manner of cooking. I was open to using ingredients that I was not familiar with. It did not take long to realize sugar was my problem. Much inflammation ceased with sugar's absence.
On con side I gained weight, had uncomfortable gut problems. Since needed protein, I proceeded to go with reintroduction of every thing except sugar. I will wait to do that before using the delicious looking recipes for sugar free.
All in all buying both books was a good purchase and solved much of my inflammation problems.
