I preordered the game knowing what it was going to be, fallout in space. The space RPG gaming Category is extremely lackluster and I love space and NASA. The only problem I had was traversing planets using only a boost pack but with the REV-8 added I know have no problems with the game the repeating POI’s can get a little weird but nothing immersion breaking at least not for me. At the end of the day this is not a bad game I for one love it but there are going to be people that hate it that’s the beauty of games there’s a game for everyone and not everyone likes the same thing.
Bottom line:
The biggest strengths this game has to me is the ship and outpost building the combat is also the best feeling combat in any Bethesda game thus far. I think the small details on every item is impressive everything in the game is extremely detailed and I for one think the game is beautiful and extremely well optimized ( 3070ti, 7800x3D getting average frames of 93 FPS with everything maxed). This game is more focused towards people that want a big take on space exploration as I have 85 hours in the game and have only done 2 story missions and have been having a blast and getting caught up in different planets and side missions that I often have to stop and think why Sarah Morgan keeps saying “So, off to Venus?”.
