Stephen Consalvo

Raising Voices is a great series that covers various tough and incredibly important subjects in a gracious way. The eight-part series covers consent, various types of sexual assault/violence, grooming, mental health, suicide, bullying, women's rights, and more. The storylines and acting are excellent, but what really caught my attention is the cinematography. The camera movements and the way this series is shot are fantastic. I especially love the end of every episode; after the characters walk out of frame, and there's seemingly nothing happening, the scene and the sounds evoke deep emotions. I suppose that's what art is supposed to do. Sea feminista.
