Horrendous experience at this hotel. Dirty and very tired looking in parts. Staff are very rude and shouted at customers all the time. Poor all inclusive and only 1 drink per person so we all had to go individually ...... no snacks freshly made ... leftovers from previous meal. Food often cold but decent choice. No icecreams available on all inclusive which could affect families Worst part was the noise .... constant shouting and banging doors all hours of day and night. If we had 6 hours sleep in 5days that was it. There was a Spanish football tournament so teenage kids running riot with no respect or consideration for anyone and often unsupervised Would never go back and worst place I have ever stayed
