I found this book at a thrift store that is very small and is at the city dump actually and ran by some very good people. Not very many people know about this quaint little place, so it is by chance that you come across items that you are looking for or in my case...was looking for me. I was going through some difficult things in my life and shopping was therapy for me, so I went to the P.A.R.C store with my grandson and never saw any books there before that day. Something pulled me to the bookshelf that was only about 3 ft tall and 2 ft wide with 3 shelves containing random literature. I briefly scanned the shelf with my eyes and intuition told me to look at the bottom shelf books. I pulled the books apart at about mid-way through the row of books and grabbed the book in the front and it was Carolyns book, Anatomy of the spirit. I read the title and put it in my cart as my grandson was becoming anxious to leave and it wasn't until about a week later that I took the book out at home and started to read what it was about. Still not really grasping its content I began reading and before I could finish the first chapter, I had tears pouring down my face and I was overcome by emotions so intense that I had to put the book down. It was exactly what I was needing to help me with understanding the questions I had been burdened with by the things I was going through in my life. Days following that day I began to get things in my news feeds on social sites about spiritual awakening which after watching the lectures or videos on spiritual awakening, gave me an even better understanding of the book and brought it all together. I recommend that everyone read this book. Carolyne Thank you for enlightening me with your knowledge and experiences. You have helped me get on my path to self awareness and personal growth and to reconnect my spirit to my physical body.
