As a long time Scooby Doo fan I was really looking forward to watching this movie. Sadly the characters I grew up loving were not portrayed in this version of the mystery solving crew. Small details like Fred’s obsession with traps, Daphney’s resourcefulness, Velma’s overwhelming genius and Scooby and Shaggy‘s monster/bad guy magnetism were completely overlooked. Maybe this movie wasn’t made with the old Mystery Inc. loving fan base in mind.
