Poor, poor character development. Pedro Pascal is great in everything…but he couldn’t have been more bland in this film. You don’t really care for anyone. They don’t make you feel. The story was a hodgepodge thrown together, with a few ridiculous scenes: The monkey monster thingys?? What was that about???😂 But the ultimate slap in the face was turning the Colosseum into shark-infested waters. What a joke that scene was🤣

Very entertaining! It’s been my experience that a lot of stand up comedians end up trying to hard when they get in a movie, sitcom, etc. The Bookie did a fantastic job of NOT overdoing it. The characters are well written and comical, and the episodes are quick and to the point! Thoroughly enjoyed it, and knocked out the whole season in 2 sittings!
