Just on the comments that are blaming folks for reporting what is happening, it is a show that "REPORTS". They are not charged with creating news, just saying what happened. Your anger is pointed at the messengers. It should be pointed at the law makers and those in positions of power that has allowed parts of society to become so mismanaged. From George Floyd to books that are deemed racist, these issues had made themselves as known as a possible position decades ago. Blame the reality of situations that need assistance than blaming the messengers that reporting on it.

I read a few "outraged" reviews. I will watch the show because of the content. I hold no ill will towards Mr. Bush but do understand why a few feel that he is just as bad as our commander in chief. Pause for a moment if you feel that he should not be given another chance and think about exactly what happened. A billionaire who was promoting(my choice of words) himself for the debatively highest office in the public servant arena, made a crude reference and he laughed along with the billionaire telling the reference. As much as we want to believe that we would have handled it differently, all of that authority in one place would make many of us just laugh along even if we knew "we" would never do such a thing and couldn't believe what we were hearing. Laughing along isn't a vote of acceptance. Its just a way to acknowledge what the "other person" has done. Had Mr. Bush "started" the reference as what "he" had done, the situation would be different. As a celebrity reporter its kinda his job to go along with what was being said and try to get the interviewee to say as much as he would be willing to. With that in mind, Mr. Bush did his job by not countering the topic. Had Trumps base felt different, that interview would have been the reason to keep him out of office. His base felt different.

I am also someone that didnt think the movie was all that bad. It was kinda fun and the intro was engaging. Got my attention enough to want to see where the movie was going to go. Slater, Freeman, Driver, Asner and even Betty white as a shotgun carrying elder protecting her flooded home...what more could some one want. Maybe it was just bad timing or some unknown politics that caused it to not reach a wider audience. Gotta see it again so I can see if it still holds up after all of these years. I would see it just to see Betty White holding a shotgun. If you have seen "Lake Placid" you know how Ms White can be in a scene that makes you laugh till the end.
