A nice gripping show that keep you holding to watch further episodes. Style of presenting the story is really good. Character development 👌🏼. Only thing which was not so necessary was the nude scenes. But overall it's a good thriller.

First of all don't watch it as horror. As you won't feel any horror anytime in the full series. Rather call it as a mystery/crime series. A weak story which goes in all directions except to in the direction of being a good series. Wonder how it has recieved such high rating. Except the lead actress' acting, nothing in the series holds you to watch. Also Rajat Kapoor's character has no meaning in the whole show, why was that character even in the show? Had no impact anywhere, had nothing to do except limping around and talking like robot. You don't feel the connection with other lead characters as they are shown on the gray side. The suspense it tries to create you easily figure that out half way in the series. And then the story is just bland. Makers tried to add too many subjects for women which made the story lose its main track. You just can't feel any of the character's pain, justice. Geetanjali kulkarni's character also has no value addition in the story, she is as a bad mother, bad cop and also bad friend, but makers try to show that this character is victim when she is as cruel as others. So the only good thing of the series is Monika panwar's acting. Rest all just walk along.

Could have been a good thriller but an unnecessary angle of religion is forced in the story. And then the same old Bollywood script, a particular community is always framed of crime but they are always the innocent.. typical bollywood logic. No reason to add the religion angle and if they did why show one community as culprit, mysogynist, cheater..etc. all in all a crime story which could have been good movie.. the unnecessary angle make you feel the forced agenda as the producer is kareen khan.. A stone face is not acting and that's all kareena did in this movie. So the movie showed Patel are culprit/ Simon as culprit, daljeet as culprit, prithvi as culprit, preeti as culprit.. except Naved and Saqib 🤷🏼‍♂️ and then they say bollywood is not propagandist.

Recently watched this classic again. Dev Anand is awesome as always. Please watch it keeping in mind it is a 1956 era movie. Loved all the songs. A nice soft musical thriller to watch with family remembering the Golden era.
