One of the most poorly executed and directed films based on the revered epic Ramayana is a complete disappointment. It attempts to trivialize the profound story and ends up making a mockery of it. Instead, I would highly recommend watching the Japanese cartoon adaptation of Ramayana, which surpasses this film by a wide margin in terms of quality and respect for the original material.
