I enjoy long films. There’s plenty of time to develop characters and plot lines. It Chapter Two takes full advantage of its nearly three hours to do just that. It’s scary, freaky, and a raucous good time, especially when the young actors are onscreen. Yes, it has lost some of the heart-stopping terror of the first, but it’s scary enough, true to the book, and ends the story well. 7/10
