There's a lot to like but overall I was disappointed. On the positive side, DiCaprio delivers another superb performance, Brad Pitt hasn't been this good since Fight Club, and all of the supporting actors are superb. The look-and-feel of the film is simply cool. The soundtrack rocks, there's an awesome Pit Bull (who's actually sort of an important character), and the uncomfortable, over-the-top fight scene at the end is epically violent while also outrageously funny. The problem is, there's really no plot. At all. You get a series of disjointed, painfully long scenes that are on their own satisfying but fail to tie together coherently or build up to anything like they do in every other QT film. Undeveloped characters and meandering side-plots add confusion. Not QT's best work, IMO.
