I cringed during the first song, which is never a good sign! I love the musical but the film was filled with bad acting and so lost its magic. The singing was beautiful though and the movement and dancing in some scenes was amazing, but overall it was hard to get past the celebrities showing off their celebrity.. it may have been better if they had used lesser known performers.
