"Anti Cheat" software with Kernel level admin privileges.... just don't get the game now, bethesda is "promising" to not do anything with it, Kernel level access means that the executing code has complete and unrestricted access to the underlying hardware. It can execute any CPU instruction and reference any memory address. DO NOT get this game under any circumstances until it is removed.
