The depiction of Kalushi Solomon Mahlangu's life and State murder was excellent. It is a documented reminder of the life of toil and brutality imposed by the Apartheid regime. African people were trodden on for 300 hundred years by imperial and colonial forces.
It is instructive in that there are parallels with Palestinian resistance to Israeli Apartheid - what drives young Palestinians to take up arms, rocks, and suicide belts is what drove thousands of young South Africans to join the ANC military wing - MK.
