Dialogues are pathetic. They are using slang language in their conversations. At one point they talk in Shudhh Hindi at other point they just start talking in slangs. Hanuman ji uses phrases like "jalegi tere baap ki", "Lanka laga denge" and is being told that "ye teri bua ka bageecha hai ki tu tehelne aa gaya". These dialogues are just the tip of the iceberg. Now if you don't think this was intentional then I don't know what shows their intention.
