I’m glad I saw it, always have been a big fan of Bob Marley. His life history and impact on the world for peace is amazing and I was glad I learned so much more about that today. However, strong accents made it so that my husband and I could only understand about 1/2 of what they were saying, unfortunately, so it was difficult to stay engaged at some points in the movie. Also I was really hoping and waiting for full performance of One Love but they only showed small clips of the real Bob Marley doing that as they showed the credits-very disappointing. Also sooo much smoking in this movie…Ok I get it, smoking weed (also regular cigarettes), but pretty much single every clip? I wouldn’t want to take any kids to see this -even teenagers-as it really glorifies smoking…like to be cool you need to have some sort of cigarette in your hand at all times.
