This show is a JOKE. The acute medical world is literally NOTHING like this. First of all, in the first 5 minutes of the show, taking pictures during surgery? HAHAHAHAHAHA lack of infection control much? Then let's just totally make up a story when a patient codes on the table. Like an investigation and statements wouldn't be done? Let's just work in a hospital where working outside your scope isn't a huge deal. I'm so glad a code ran for 24 minutes because even a basic CPR certified individual knows everything that's wrong with that. Get a new medical proctor. Your current one needs fired and probably his license revoked, and keep watching. This is only halfway through the first episode.
