okay, let me start by saying this movie was phenomenal(although I do have critiques) the acting was PHENOMENAL, I fully believe they shouldโve won awards for this. I mean, if Emily Perez won a OSCAR, this movie and the cast shouldโve won multiple Oscarโs/highly prestigious awards. They way they all portray their characters so well, so much emotion from ALL of them in such different ways omggg, the way they portray the interactions of their characters omg. Each character is so different, the movie AND the actresses do such a great job of portraying how grief affects everyone differently and how people handle their trauma/emotions differently. The dialogues, the UNCOMFORTABLE conversations/interactions, the EMOTION!!!! The movie was very sad, I cried my heart out.
Now for my critiques, I wish the movie was longer. the movie spent a lot of time focusing on them interacting/fighting leading up to their dads death(which I LOVE, I like this, this isnโt my critique) I just wish the movie ALSO spent time in the actual death, it was a very short scene but I also wish the movie showed their interactions(more) after their dad died, not just them leaving another on good terms, this easily couldโve been a 2hr 15min movie and Iโd WATCH IT! Aside from the medical stuff that doesnโt really make sense, it didnโt way too much on the movie, it didnโt change my perspective or really make a difference in my enjoyment of the movie.
