Pretty much everyone that rated this show 1 star, I agree with. Interesting concept, but a poor follow through, with individuals that defended their territory multiple times, and don't get any more credit than someone that only wins two challenges. (ie, the winner) There were some flaws with players answers and what the game was looking for (ie. honeydew), and they made some categories more difficult to respond to than others, by interpreting words vs pictures of an object. Tough if they did that on your expert category. Would like to see it come back, if they can fix some of the issues these comments are indicating.

Thank you Halloween Wars for turning an interesting and inventive pumpkin carving competition into another cake and fondant art class. I have deleted this series from my watch list. I know the contestants are talented and creative at their craft, but the allure of the original show was the underrated talent of pumpkin carvers. It's HALLOWEEN wars, so you've taken away the one thing that made this show different than every other cake decoration show. Bravo...
