I love the French onion. The other flavors taste terrible. The home style is great for adding to something.
I initially tried this to lose weight. I lost some but then gained half back. I found the diet a little harder to follow. I bought all the stuff. Lemons sips, probiotics the book, the shakes etc. There are many great recipes and I’d modify out the spicy or cauliflower that I can’t have or didn’t like. It helped for a bit especially when it’s cold out. But when it’s 100+ degrees out it’s hard to drink broth. I tried the 5 day cleanse and couldn’t get past the 1st day without being sick but I’m 60 and apparently that’s all I needed to get over my plateau. So My diet morphed to keto more than kellyann diet. And that’s where I’ve really started to lose weight. I’m down 14, my husband is down 16. He’s high blood pressure so that’s helping him a lot without having the sugar and I’m boarderline cholesterol which has now gone down as well. We still like the French onion broth when we can get it and drink when we just something but don’t want to eat. And I still drink the lemon sips. But I will say this. Just doing the broth isn’t going to help you lose weight. You have to do the diet she provides and or a keto/paleo etc in combination to make it work. At least that’s what worked for me. Find out what works for you.
