If you read the book and seen the original, you'll love this one. A Little Princess starring Liesel Matthews was magical, dramatic, and a family moving feature film. My sisters and I grew up watching this movie and fell in love with it. Liesel's performance was beyond a masterpiece. The best part in the entire film was when she stood up for herself and all girls when she said: " I am a princess. All girls are! Even if they live in tiny old attics, even if they dress in rags, even if they aren't pretty, or smart, or young, they're still princesses - all of us! Didn't your father ever tell you that? Didn't he?". That line was incredible. The ending was also epic. A entire cast did great. Thanks to Alfonso Cuarón, Frances Hodgson Burnett for a creating a beautiful story, and thanks to Richard LaGravenese and Elizabeth Chandler. A Little Princess is a must own and watch. It's a beautiful story and inspirational.
