I love some Tyler Perry and this one is was beyond good. I can’t wait for the second season

The movie was okay. My daughter really like the movie but she likes any movie with singing in it and she’s only one. But as for me, the voices on some of the characters didn’t match in my opinion. Thelma’s voice just didn’t go with how she looked and neither did Peggy. In the movie Peggy is portrayed as an older lady but her voice sounds like she’s at least 20yrs old. It just threw me off. But the storyline was good.

This was a great movie! Definitely did not waste my time watching it.

I can see where Tyler Perry was getting at but honestly it felt like he was a lazy writer with this movie. Wayyyy to many unanswered question. For instance, how did the husband know the Spanish lady? What made them collaborate to set the artist up? What was the Spanish lady getting out of doing that? How did they get skull fragments to match the lady if she wasn’t really dead? Too many unanswered questions that left viewers wondering. Lazy writing in my opinion.

I was disappointed. It was confusing and had no real meaning behind it. This should have went straight to netflix. The twist at the end was good. I didnt see that coming....... what was the point of this movie??????
