Make PVP optional even if in event area. And make the event area quest go away if we’re not participating, because it removes the quest or objectives that I want to complete or need to in those area. No one has time to wait for an event to end so that they can get back to their quest. Better yet, just make a map for PVP and one for PVE where neither will interact with each other. Don’t make any main story missions go into PVP areas. Make a PVP world and one for PVE and have only one gateway. Every starts at PVE and if they want PVP, they have to go out of their way to get to that one gateway. Also, stop making quest markers disappear when in an event zone, even if it’s in a safe zone the quest marker or location disappears.
