I don't want to throw shade at the critics but they're being way too "critical" perhaps. This movie is a lot of fun and was a perfect Christmas Day outing for me, my 80 YO mother, and my 22 YO daughter and her boyfriend. We chose this movie because we could all agree on it. Why? Cause it has something for everyone; family drama, bro bromance, sexy guys, a villain, an apologetic participant in the evil plan, humor, special effects, and a baby. What's not to like? Only 2 hours and we all left happy. Isn't that what comic hero movies are supposed to do?
