I’m going to give it a 3. Let me explain why I’m not giving it a 5. I am from Pittsburgh. There is no Allegheny metro hospital. None of them have Pittsburgh accents. We don’t all wear flannels. The show itself is hilarious. But you also can’t tell where they live. You get hints as to where they live based on the architecture of the house and in one of the seasons they mention that they’re neighbors with someone who has something serious to do with the Steelers. Art lives near Mt Nebo past blueberry park if you’re coming from 910. And a lot of the people that have to do with sports in Pittsburgh live anywhere from The heights at north part to treesdale to mt Nebo so I assume somewhere in the north hills but it’s a pretty bad portrayal of Pittsburgh. If you’re from here you may not enjoy the show as much. Love the cast. Love the jokes. Just don’t think it’s a very accurate portrayal of Pittsburgh. I mean come on. No Pittsburghese? He’s a contractor in the Burgh. The closest they come is when Don says Dontown instead of Dahntahn. Oh well. Just me being defensive I guess.
