Last minute decided to go out & this film was playing. No idea & went in blind. Do not regret it. Yes, it is gritty as H. But its realism grabbed me and I was engrossed from start to finish. Just what I needed, something to take me out of my own challenging reality and into one that was very foreign to me. It reaffirmed my own decisions of being a woman with a voice. The women in this movie may be hard but they still had big hearts.
