We left 45 minutes in. Bad choice to play Wonka. A complete abhorrent attempt. A nearly impossible story to ruin was ruined by terrible singing and casting. Wilder to this flat singing little boy?? Why was it allowed. Children are supposed to grow up with fond memories of the Wonka franchise. Not just eye candy that agian falls flacid. Painful

Masterpiece. Best of the 90s film hands down.

A24 does it again proving they care about substance/quality versus quantity which oddly stars Nicholas Cage who has only chosen great projects in the last 8 years. He's everywhere and this movie tries to explain it. Definitely one of the best and most original films of 2024. Hilliarious and frightening in equal parts. The story has soo much important things to say about how ridiculous social media and cancel culture has become. Definitely one of Cages top 5 films.
