The creators managed to capture incredible elements, and based on what I’ve read about the actual history, the series stays remarkably close to reality. What makes it even more special is the care with which it handles history—there’s a sense of respect and authenticity that shines through every scene. Watching it feels almost magical, especially for those of us who appreciate when a show not only entertains but also honors the truth of the past.

What a terrible show. Poorly designed, a terrible waste of time.
