Shocking production value - each moment feels premium, each episode like a theatrical release. The script writing is nuanced and surprisingly smart at times. The only thing left to be desired is the character development, admittedly this is something that is hard to critique just two hours in, but so far there are a few too many one-dimensional characters. For example, the most glaring example is the lead, we understand that her unflinching focus on her goal defines her - but surely she could show us some other sides of her personality, at the moment, she feels very flat. Looking forward to that changing over the course of the show though, and this is ABSOLUTELY worth your time, in fact, I could see a large swath of people enjoying this MORE than its direct competition "GOT: House of the Dragon".
