This started off nice enough, but after the first 20 minutes it became unwatchable. Every action and interaction the characters have is over the top to the point where it just feels ridiculous, not to mention the whole film is pretty racist?! Not only is there a lot of xenophobic rhetoric towards the main male character, which he's pretty much expected to suck it up and deal with, but every single character is presented in a stereotypical way which I think perpetuate harmful narratives about Norwegian AND Indian cultures.
