This show and it's fans DESERVE a proper ending; assuming it cannot be revived which would be the BEST. Episode 10 in season 4 has put the characters in a MAJOR transition. Because of the abrupt and seemingly mindless decision to cancel one of the few REALLY good programs available, the viewers have been robbed of seeing a satisfying resolution & hopefully a happy conclusion to the disturbing end in the 4th season which OBVIOUSLY was not intended to be the final episode! It is beyond me how a great program like this could have been killed by an overzealous egomaniac looking to make a name for herself in a new position. I guess an action getting bad publicity is one way of being known to viewers quickly.
