I didn't like the contractor Jeff Lawrence. He was price gouging then on rehab. They ask him How much & he would just throw out a number. I noticed he never looked them in the eye whenever he would give a quote. Everything was always $2,000 -$10,000 even for the smallest rehab. Just to remove a step he'd says $2k. Then he'd claim he could do a rehab for 110k but in the end its almost $200k. He was not honest on his pricing. They need a new contractor. They should have kept Izzy he was awesome. They made money with him. With Jeff they are barely getting getting a good return.
