This is a storyline where a manipulative woman triggers jealousy in her husband, leading him to react in an unrealistic manner. Unfortunately, this portrayal of women as manipulative and men as relishing in his women’s infidelity as a turn on does not contribute positively to gender dynamics. Instead of offering nuanced characters or insightful commentary, the film seems to perpetuate stereotypes that may not resonate well with all audiences.
